My Approach to Healing

Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about working with your body and your natural rhythms to expand into the fullness of who you already are.

I combine a unique blend of:

  • Somatic Experiencing & nervous system work – Helping you process emotions, regulate your system, and release what’s holding you back.

  • Reiki & Energy Work – Supporting your body’s natural healing ability.

  • Creativity & Expression – Tapping into movement, imagination, and artistic practices to deepen your connection with yourself.

What My Own Healing Journey Taught Me

For a long time, I believed healing had a finish line. I pushed forward at a breakneck speed, convinced I’d eventually reach the “I’m Fixed & Healed” destination.

Spoiler alert: it doesn’t exist.

What I did find was this:

  • Healing happens at your natural pace. It’s all the "little big steps" we take at a sustainable rhythm that truly move us forward.

  • Your capacity matters. Your energy, stamina, and nervous system determine your pace. You don’t need to push through—you need to listen inward.

  • Having the right support changes everything. Healing isn't meant to happen in isolation.

When I started honouring my inner capacity and available resources, I noticed something profound—I was actually moving forward (and even gaining momentum).

What I Noticed & Why I Do This Work Differently

The gaps and issues I faced in my own journey lit a fire in me to create something different—something responsive, accessible, and real.

Here’s what I noticed:

  • The lack of guidance on how to set reasonable goals or track progress.

  • The isolation between therapy sessions, when integration & embodiment are supposed to happen.

  • The disillusionment with the mental health system—the lack of relational humanity in it all.

  • The ‘woo-woo-capitalists’ peddling toxic bypassing disguised as healing.

  • The pressure to perform healing instead of actually embodying it.

  • The overlooking of the nervous system—how not knowing it makes healing harder than it needs to be.

  • The self-judgment for not performing as my ‘best self’ consistently (ugh).

All of this is why I offer co-created experiences—tailored to your unique circumstances, your nervous system, and your real life.
